A One Page Profile is a child-centred summary that captures the most important information about a child. It helps everyone who works with them to understand their strengths, preferences and the strategies that support them.

What is a One Page Profile?

A One Page Profile provides a quick and meaningful overview of a child.

It celebrates the whole child and ensures that support starts with strengths, interests and aspirations.
